Born on the first day of 2011, Anke embarked on her musical journey at the age of 4, and within months, her performances of Scarlatti and Bach gained immediate attention, quickly going viral on YouTube. Videos of "Young Prodigy Anke Chen" amassed over 5 million views on YouTube. That year, she appeared twice on The Ellen Show, twice on Steve Harvey's Little Big Shot, and on multiple Chinese TV programs, including the Spring Festival Gala. Starting at the age of 7, she began to pursue piano studies professionally. In the last three years, as a top student, she studied at the Institute of Music Elites in Nanjing, China. Anke made her debut in international competitions in 2022, participating in the Pacific Stars International Piano Competition, a part of the Alink-Argerich League, where she received the Grand Prize. Anke serves as the Artist-In-Residence of the Nanjing Philharmonic Orchestra. Her upcoming performance will feature Chopin's Piano Concerto in E minor, Op.11, at the 2024 Nanjing New Year Concert. She has been under the guidance of Dr. Mutian Cui since 2020. In 2022, she also attended masterclasses with Piotr Paleczny, Ewa Kupiec, Antonio Pompa-Baldi, and Colin Stone.
